RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As all pieces are handmade and made to order, unfortunately Vice Jewellery cannot offer returns due to change-of-mind. If you have any problems with your purchase, like sizing etc. please do get in touch via email to arrange a re-size or exchange.
I go to every effort to make each piece at the highest standard but naturally slight variations in each piece can occur. We will be happy to repair or replace anything that should break or be damaged after your purchase. General postage and labour fee's will apply if the repair is not by fault in manufacture. This will be assessed once the piece can be examined in the studio.
